…AW says; make a contract with your self and commit to it. I believe in making contracts and I have made mine. When I entered my page at Vektklubben.no today it was kind of shocking to see that I gave up after a few weeks the last time around. I started at 62.5 and stopped at 60.5 kg. That`s when the chocolate craving took charge over my life. The good thing – I was back at the starting point. It could have been a lot worse.
I have made a detailed plan for January. No big steps. No dieting in January. I just want to start eating healthier food, eat fruit and ban chocolate and danish. My program for working out is also finished. Surly no big steps there. There is no way I will commit to using the step machine for more than 5 min. a day this first week. I will increase the amount of time the second week.
It is time to do my 15 min of house work. After all, in the big picture, my resolution for 2009 is to focus on more than one thing at the time…
