…to dig out some motivation to go dieting – again…
I did go back to “Vektklubben.no” a few months ago and I did work with my weight program for a few weeks. But then I had some kind of brake down and I was digging into the chocolate like never before, and I never stopped. I do not want to talk about healthy food. For one year all my food has been prepared in the microwave, and I am not talking about low fat dishes.
The last time I was dieting I was very successful. I was very focused and I lost 13 Kg in 15 weeks. 1200 kcla a day – nothing more and nothing less. It worked – almost too good. It was hard to stop dieting and I lost to much weight. So I am not sure how to do it this time around.
